Check out this Jeep YJ / TJ bumper design I am working on. The bumper will be fabricated from 3/16″ high strength steel plate. The bumper was designed to fit as tight to the frame as possible. The rendered images you see are from Solidworks which is a 3D CAD design program. The drawings generated from Solidworks allow you to manufacture the parts.
