Blue Torch FabWorks Off-Road Business Card Design

Blue Torch FabWorks is a world leader in off-road vehicle fabrication. The Bluetorchfab business cards for Jason Carner feature a new look for the company. Bluetorchfab (BTF) has a well established brand in the off-road industry and sometimes a fresh look will make people take a second look. Our friends over at Magnum Ink in Las Vegas nailed a new t-shirt design for Bluetorchfab. The new look was incorporated into the business card design. Well the 509 crew did change things up just a little to add some color.

The business cards will feature spot UV on certain areas of the business cards to give them more pop when a potential customer checks out the business card. The pictures listed below will detail the spot UV areas. Check out the black and white copies. The solid black areas will receive spot UV and the white areas will be left with a matte finish. If you notice the Bluetorchfab branding will be the only areas to receive spot UV making them stand out on the front and rear of the business cards.

Printed Merchandise for Kombi Ice Cream

Full Color Printed Menu Boards for Ice Cream Truck

509 Media designed and printed full color menu boards for Kombi Ice Cream. The menu boards were printed on 3m CV3 and laminated to protect them. The prints were applied to Max-Metal. The Max-Metal was cut to shape to replace the door panels in the Kombi Ice Cream truck. When Kombi Ice Cream sets up for an event all they have to do is swing the side doors open to reveal the menu boards.

You may notice a cut out in the left panel. This cut out allows the sign to be placed around the interior door handle on the VW Bus Ice Cream Truck.

Sibley Lawn Care Company Logo Design

Who says a lawn care company can not be fun? Sibley Lawn Care located in Dothan, AL came to 509 Media in need of marketing materials. The owner of the lawn care company wanted a fun appearance yet professional. The logo designed needed to represent the company and stand apart from other lawn care companies in the area. The logo design was used on the Sibley Lawn Care Business Cards, Lawn Care Yard Signs, and graphics for their Isuzu Box Truck. Full Color Door Magnets Dothan Car Wash

Woodland Car Care located in Dothan, AL wanted a set of door magnets to advertise their car wash. The door magnets were printed in full color on 3M CV3 high performance vinyl, laminated, and then applied to the magnet material. The print was edge trimmed full bleed leaving no white on the edges. The last step before delivering to the customer was to round the corners. Rounded corners will help the magnets resist “curling” at the corners.

Rear Window Perf for Political Advertising

Window perf or sometimes called window wrap can be used to advertise on vehicle windows. The 509 Media store front windows are wrapped with printed window perf to advertise our business. On vehicles the same material is used to advertise. The rear window of this Hummer H2 was wrapped with printed window perf. Window perf has small holes in the vinyl to allow people in the vehicle to see through. It should be noted this application was done as a temporary political advertisement and was installed without a protective over laminate. By not using laminate it allows you to see out of the vehicle easier, but when it gets wet it is just about impossible to see out. So if you are considering this approach to advertise you should know the difference in using window perf with and without laminate.

R.I.P. Sticker to remember Bubba

Some will know this sticker was printed in 2008. I printed the stickers after moving to Birmingham, It as a horrible loss for Brooke and Chad with no warning as a loved one was taken from them. I donated stickers to Chad and Brooke. When I dropped them off to be hand delivered I had to meet them att the tattoo shop. Chad and Brooke were both getting new tattoos to help Bubba live on through them.

Digitized Embroidery File for WabFab

Digitizing your company logo for embroidery can be an easy process. If you would like 509 Media to quote digitizing your company logo be sure to use our Contact Page and the Upload feature to attach your company logo. Price will depend on how large the digitized file needs to be. Digitized embroidery files can not be scaled to larger sizes like other file types. If you need the embroidery file to fit on a ball cap it can not be used larger to cover things like the back of a work jacket. Ball cap sizes can be used for dual purpose like Dickie style work shirts as well as many other places.

George’s Towing and Recovery Business Cards

George’s Towing and Recovery needed some new business cards. The 509 Media answer was to lay down an old school logo with a distressed look then apply to the new business card design. The business cards for George’s Towing are printed in thick 16 pt cart stock. Since the cards are meant to have a worn look they will have a matte finish. The matte finish will look much better for this application than what the shine UV coating gives. George’s Towing and Recovery is located in Dothan, Alabama.
