Jeep TJ Partial Vehicle Wrap

Bill Durden of Durden Outdoor stopped by the shop for a visit a few weeks ago. After talking for a few minutes the discussion moved on to wrapping his Jeep TJ to give it a little more character. He wanted to keep the cost down yet make it look cool. We chose to design and print a partial wrap for his Jeep. This would lessen the amount of vinyl used on the project as well as reduce some install time.

The end result changed the way the Jeep looked drastically, and if the owner decides to remove the wrap it can be easily removed. The Jeep wrap was printed on 3M Controltac CV3 and laminated with a high gloss over laminate to protect the inks and make it shine.

Some of you may notice the wheels were powder coated black. The aluminum wheels pictured in the before pictures were removed, media blasted, powder coated black, and reinstalled. The black wheels better compliment the Jeep wrap design. Not to mention the aluminum finish on the wheels was not looking too great.

The kit includes the partial wrap printed on 3M vinyl, and laminated. 2 sides pieces that cover a small strip on the hood, the side to the top edge of the doors and around the back to the tailgate, a tailgate section, and a small piece to be placed under the tailgate, and a center piece for the hood. The price does not include installation. The price is limited to this design (can vary color), and for Jeep CJ. YJ, and TJ. Savvy Off-Road Business Cards

Savvy Off-Road Banners

Savvy Off-Road is known for lightweight aluminum skids plates for Jeep vehicles. When Savvy Off-Road first contacted us they were interested in a custom graphic design for banners. After a few questions over the phone the 509 Media machine went to work laying down some eye catching graphics for Savvy’s new banners.

Savvy Off-road wanted a cost effective banner to send out to dealers and sponsored events. The banners are heavy duty weatherproof material suitable for outdoor use. The banners will be printed with a matte finish to make the colors show up better in pictures. This project measures out to be 2 feet tall and 4 feet long.

When laying this design out it was important to make the logo the centerpiece of the graphic design. After all when marketing the goal is to have people remember your name.

Yard Signs for The Jerky Hut

I really need to stop doing work for The Jerky Hut because all I want to do is eat. Of course you know I am only joking. The Jerky Hut offers a great product you can purchase online. They get the product to you door fast. Trust me I know first hand after making a few orders.

We designed full color yard signs for Jerky Hut. The yard signs will be printed in full color front and back on a 4 mil coroplast yard sign. The print is applied directly to the coroplast sign face. They plan to use the yard signs in targeted areas around there hometown. Yard signs are a low cost effective way to advertise a business or service. The yard signs are roughly 24 inches x 18 inches. This is the standard yard sign size seen with most political advertisements.

12 Volt Guy Business Card Design

12 Volt Guy knows the business of custom 12v switch panels very well. Be sure to check out the 12 Volt Guy website for more information on their products and services.

The 12 Volt Guy business card design project was fun to work on. It was great talking on the phone about old times in the off-road community. The business card design came together a lot easier than some in recent past. We used a carbon fiber texture on the card because a similar texture was used on their website. We also have one of their switch panels in the back ground of the card. The backside of the business card features an area to write notes if needed.

The business cards are printed on 16 pt card stock for a heavy durable feeling business card. Only the front side of the business card received a UV coating to allow 12 Volt Guy the ability to write on the back.

Moose Knuckles MMA Pub and Grill

Moose Knuckles is a new Pub and Grill opening in Dothan, AL. The theme for Moose Knuckles is for MMA fans (mixed martial arts). I don’t think this is the type place you would want to walk in and complain too much about your food and drinks because you may end up in a triangle. We printed the moose for Dick Whatley Sign Service for a huge sign face they are fabricating. The print will be placed in a 5 foot diameter round sign face. The print was printed on clear vinyl and then laminated. The print will be edge cut after install.

Madhouse Fabrication Stickers

Madhouse Fabrication has been a fun project to work on. The project first started with creating a logo design to brand the company. The logo needed to be something which could be laser cut into steel plate to showcase the brand on metal fabrication projects.. The M shape from the logo will serve this purpose. The Madhouse Fabrication stickers were printed, laminated, and contour cut to shape. The end result is a thick long lasting sticker to help branding Madhouse Fabrication. The sticker design added to the core logo design we recently completed for Madhouse Fab.

4×4 Bolts Contour Cut Stickers

509 Media was contracted to design a company logo and brand image for 4×4 Bolts. We have since provided them with Business Cards, stickers, and a logo design to represent their company. 4×4 Bolts is a fastener company supplying bolts and other supplies to the off-road community. The 4×4 Bolts stickers were printed and laminated before being contour cut to shape. The stickers pictured are roughly 6 inches wide.

Creamer Contracting Fleet Graphics

Creamer Contracting needed to apply graphics to their new truck. The stickers applied to the doors of the truck were a combination of full color contour cut stickers and vinyl cut stickers. The GVW and DOT stickers were cut from solid black vinyl. The yellow and black Creamer Contracting stickers were printed on 3M Controltac CV3 and laminated before contour cutting in the plotter.

Fleet graphics are something some companies may overlook or not place enough attention to. Simply put fleet vehicles are on the road everyday representing your company and brand. if you present a positive look then many will see your company as successful and trustworthy. Many companies are competing for the same business. A key thing that you should understand is consumer confidence. The better light you place your company in the more confident a potential customer may be in your company.

Memory Stickers To Remember a Loved One

I have printed stickers and designed for people wanting items to remember a loved one many times. I can honestly say it really makes you think about the work you are doing when working on a project like this. This is not just a sticker. This sticker represents a human life.
