George’s Auto Glass Vehicle Wrap

George’s Auto Glass wanted to freshen up their image around town with a vehicle wrap. Their mobile service vans are out around Dothan, AL and surrounding areas on a daily basis and provide a perfect opportunity to advertise their services. The service van wrap was designed to wrap from the front door back to help keep cost down. The vehicle wrap was design in Adobe Photoshop and then printed on our Mutoh large format printer.

The vinyl used for this project was high performance 3M Controltac CV3 with a high gloss 3M laminate to protect the ink. The high gloss laminate helps give the wrap a sense of depth. The vinyl used on this project might not be the cheapest but it will have a longer service life on the van.

BC4X4 Contour Cut Stickers

BC4x4 is a Canadian based off-road website. The stickers printed for them needed to be able to take abuse on the off-road trails they encounter in Canada. The stickers were printed on a cost effective vinyl and laminated with a thick clear over laminate to help protect the stickers for long use on the trail. The stickers were contour cut with rounded corners to prevent peeling. If sharp corners were left the sticker can more easily be lifted.

California Special Ford Mustang Tag

509 Media is known for custom printed media and graphic design. We also produce high quality vinyl cut stickers. The vinyl used to make this custom license plate was meant to match the factory vehicle matte finish graphics. We utilized matte black vinyl for the base color on the tag to match the factory stripes on the side of the car. We then used metallic silver vinyl and similar font used on the side of the car to cut “California Special” . The end result is a simple to the point custom license plate for the Ford Mustang Enthusiast.

Rotary Miracle Playgound Banner

95.5 is a local country music radio station. They were putting on an event to benefit the Rotary Miracle Playground project. 95.5 contacted 509 Media to donate a banner to use at the event. The banner is 3 feet tall and 10 feet long. The banner was printed in heavy duty 13 oz banner material. The edge of the banner received tape and grommets. Good luck to the Dothan Rotary Club. Their work in the community is appreciated.

Fitness Boot Camp Banner

Xtreme Health and Fitness in Dothan, AL gave us the tap again for another marketing tool. They needed a vinyl banner to serve as a roadside sign to advertise their Boot Camp classes. The banner is 3 feet tall and 8 feet long with grommets every 2 feet around the edge. The banner features the company logo 509 Media designed for them a couple months back. The banner also features some of the important copy regarding the class. The banners are printed in heavy duty 13 oz banner material. The inks are UV stable and suitable for outdoor use.

Dynamic Sign Solutions contacted 509 Media for a custom business card design. Dynamic Sign Solutions wanted a modern, younger feel, clean, and professional look on their business cards. The 509 Media approach was to use color and curves to achieve the desired appearance. The front side of the business cards will be UV coated and the rear of the business cards will received spot UV on the color portion of the business cards. The cards are printed on heavy 16 pt card stock.

Nacs Fab Contour Cut Stickers

Nacs Fab needed a short run of contour cut stickers to place on custom vehicles. The sticker design started with a high resolution image Nacs Fab sent to 509 Media. After making a couple small changes to the image we created a cut path around the image so we could contour cut them. The stickers are printed on high performance 3M CV3 vinyl and laminated to protect the ink. 3M CV3 is the same vinyl we use to print vehicle wraps and will not leave glue behind when removed from painted surfaces. On high volume sticker runs we do not recommend using this material because of the cost.
