Method Motorsports Business Card Design

The Method Motorsports project has been fun to work on.  509 Media started with creating a logo design and then quickly moved into designing other marketing tools for Method Motorsports including stickers, t-shirt design, and of course the all important business card design.  Business cards can be a very effective tool to represent your company.  Potential customers form opinions about your company the very first time they meet you.  If you do not have a business card or even worse hand them something that looks cheap then the opinion of your company might be lessened.

The business card design for Method Motorsports utilizes the new branding mark / logo design we created for them.  We wanted to convey the idea that Method Motorsports sells offroad related items so we included an aggressive tire thread pattern in the background of the business card design.  The reason for using the tire thread graphic was to have little text on the business card design.  We wanted the images to sell the company, and more importantly place attention on Method Motorsports’ new branding mark.

The business cards are printed on 16 pt card stock.  Like many of the business card projects we work on the front side is UV coated and the rear is not.  The UV makes the card shine and difficult to write on.  This is the reason we leave the UV off the rear of the card.  It allows for notes, quotes, and more to be written on the business cards if needed.
