A local Zumba Fitness instructor asked me to design a banner to help her advertise the Zumba Fitness classes she teaches in Dothan, Alabama. The banner will hang in front of two different location in town where she instructs people on the art of Zumba Fitness. I meet with Pamela’s husband to discuss colors and what information needed to be listed on the banners. It was determined the banners needed to be 3 feet tall and 6 feet long. From there I set up the graphic design and applied the magic. The end result is a bright banner to accent the high energy Zumba Fitness classes Pamela teaches. The banner will be printed on 13 oz matte finish weatherproof banner material.
Full color banners for Boyd Welding in Ocala, Florida. Boyd Welding will be attending an event January 2, 2011 and needed full color banners to better promote their brand and products. Two different banner graphic designs were needed to complete this project. The first design is a 3 foot tall by 8 foot long banner to advertise product and the Boyd Welding brand identity. The second banner design is to “wrap” around for the bottom of a standard folding table. The table will be spaced up off the ground so we made the banner to the specified 3 foot tall by 14 feet long. This banner will hang across the front of the table and wrap around each side of the table leaving the back of the table open. Wrapping a table with a banner in this way helps promote your company brand and also provides a perfect place to hide inventory you are selling at an event.
The banners are being printed on a matte finish 13 oz banner material. Matte finish banners show up well in photographs because they do not reflect the camera flash as bad. The banners will receive grommets every 2 feet around the outside for easy hanging.

Courtney’s Studio is a Dothan, Alabama Zumba Fitness studio featuring a 10,000 sq ft facility located on Ross Clark Circle. 509 Media has been working with the Courtney’s Studio to create a studio logo design, business cards, banners, and other media to assist in creating brand identity for the studio and promote their Zumba Fitness classes. Effective marketing materials can benefit your company by offering a polished public appearance. In today’s economy it is very important to market toward consumer confidence.
The Courtney’s Studio Zumba Fitness banner was designed to look like the business card layout I recently completed for them. TOPS is a non-profit organization working with people needing weight loss support. TOPS came in needing 7 – 3×8 full color banners. The banners will be used at locations around Alabama and Mississippi. The banners were printed on heavy duty 13 oz scrim banner material. The graphic design for this banner project was very simple and to the point to meet the customer requirements.

A while back 509 Media designed a new company logo for Madhouse Fabrication. The banner we printed matches the look of the business cards we also printed for Madhouse Fab. Banners like this one can be very effective advertising a business’s goods and services. The banners are easy to hang and can be moved to different areas to test market response. Savvy Off-Road is known for lightweight aluminum skids plates for Jeep vehicles. When Savvy Off-Road first contacted us they were interested in a custom graphic design for banners. After a few questions over the phone the 509 Media machine went to work laying down some eye catching graphics for Savvy’s new banners.
Savvy Off-road wanted a cost effective banner to send out to dealers and sponsored events. The banners are heavy duty weatherproof material suitable for outdoor use. The banners will be printed with a matte finish to make the colors show up better in pictures. This project measures out to be 2 feet tall and 4 feet long.
When laying this design out it was important to make the logo the centerpiece of the graphic design. After all when marketing the goal is to have people remember your name.
95.5 is a local country music radio station. They were putting on an event to benefit the Rotary Miracle Playground project. 95.5 contacted 509 Media to donate a banner to use at the event. The banner is 3 feet tall and 10 feet long. The banner was printed in heavy duty 13 oz banner material. The edge of the banner received tape and grommets. Good luck to the Dothan Rotary Club. Their work in the community is appreciated.

Xtreme Health and Fitness in Dothan, AL gave us the tap again for another marketing tool. They needed a vinyl banner to serve as a roadside sign to advertise their Boot Camp classes. The banner is 3 feet tall and 8 feet long with grommets every 2 feet around the edge. The banner features the company logo 509 Media designed for them a couple months back. The banner also features some of the important copy regarding the class. The banners are printed in heavy duty 13 oz banner material. The inks are UV stable and suitable for outdoor use.

Scott and staff at Tri-State Truck Accessories moved into a new location about 2 years ago and have continued to grow their truck accessory business is Dothan, Alabama. Their new location is about 300 yards from a major intersection in town and needed something to draw attention. The banner 509 Media designed for Tri-State Truck Accessories needed to do one thing well. It needed to let people know they sell “TRUCK ACCESSORIES”.
The vinyl banner is 5 feet tall and 25 feet long. The banner is printed on gloss 13 oz scrim banner material. We placed grommets along the edges roughly every 2 feet. The banner is going to be mounted on the side of Tri-State Truck Accessories’ building so we did not feel the need to cut wind slits in this banner. Wind slits are “U” shaped cuts to allow wind to pass through the banner rather than ripping it down.
We used graphic design elements from a business card we recently completed for Tri-State Truck Accessories. The diamond plate background from the business card layout was utilized on the banner as well. Be sure to read more about the truck accessory shop business card design.
