Full Color Banners for a Church

Friday, March 26th, 2010

dsc_9214509 Media can design banners for many different applications.  A local church pastor from Outlet Ministries came in with a pencil drawing of what he wanted.  We created digital versions of the drawing and printed full color banners.  Not only did we print banners we also took the design and printed it on transfer material. The transfer material was then heat pressed onto collared shirts.  You can see the transfer material being cut apart in the back ground of the banner pictures.  I did not take pictures of the shirts.  I forgot to take the pictures.

If you church is in need of banners, or other graphic design work please contact our crew here at 509 Media for ways we can help.

Full Color Banners for Amsoil Dealer 4×4 Oil

Friday, March 26th, 2010

dsc_9043What can I say here?  Dirk and 4×4 Oil has been getting it for years helping people out with Amsoil lubricants.  He has done a very good job building brand awareness in the offroading community for his company brand, 4×4 Oil.  Building relationships and networking within your industry is a required way to advertise, but a company still needs to establish their brand through physical means.  4×4 Oil covers branding very well utilizing networking, the internet, and with printed materials. They have used stickers, business cards, banners, and sponsored some of the biggest names in the offroad world for years to help establish brand identity.

A few weeks ago Dirk emailed asking for some new banners for use at WE Rock events.  WE Rock is a extreme rock crawling event series which puts offroad vehicles and their drivers through some difficult obstacles.  Rock crawling is basically driving your 4×4 over things that most would consider impossible.  Drivers like Shannon Campbell, Nicole Johnson, Tracy Jordon, and Jesse Haynes make the rock crawling courses look easy.

The 3×8 full color banners are printed on 13 oz heavy duty banner material built to take the outdoor elements.  The banners are backed with Power Tape to keep the grommets from ripping out.  Be sure to look out for the banners on television and in your favorite offroad magazine. 509 Media can print banners at any custom size.  Be sure to contact our experienced staff with any questions you may have.

Vinyl Banners for Farmboy Fab

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

dsc_9217Farmboy Fabrication needed some full color vinyl banners to help promote their brand so the 509 Media machine went into action.  The banners were themed after the Business Card design we recently finished up for Farmboy Fab.  The theme from the business card design carried over very well to the full color vinyl banners.

We printed the banners on 13 oz weatherproof banner material.  The banners can be used indoor or outdoor.  The inks used are UV resistant so color fade will not be an issue.  The edges of the banners have grommets placed along the edge to make hanging them easy.

If you need a graphic design company that understands the automotive industry then look no more.  509 Media is built off of a long history brand building in the automotive industry.  A proven history producing results is what we have to offer your business.  Contact 509 Media

Full Color Vinyl Banner for Busted Knuckle Films

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

36x52_busted_bannersCheck out this full color vinyl banner layout for Busted Knuckle Films.  The banner is digitally printed and is full bleed meaning the print will go all the way to the edge of the banner.  The banners are printed on 13 oz glossy banner material.  The vinyl banners are waterproof to withstand outdoor conditions which I am sure these banners will see at offroad parks around the United States as they film for their next offroad video.  By going with a full color banner this marketing tool will increase visibility and recall to the message.  The banners are shipped with grommets in place ready to hang.

I thought I would post a little update to this post.  Attached is a picture of a BKF’s banner printed out.  The full color banners will look great at the local off-road parks promoting the BKF brand.

pizza_kastle_wall_wrapPizza Kastle in Dothan, AL located at the entrance of Sam’s Club expanded to a local Pizza To Go and Ice Cream.  The satellite location is located on the corner of Main Street and South Alice.  They are serving pizza and ice cream to go.  It is a locally owned restaurant and not a large franchise organization.  Be sure to drop by and pick up your five dollar pizza.

The owner of the restaurant contacted me through a friends sign shop here in Dothan to print a pizza to go on the wall behind the cash register.  The pizza was to be 52 inches wide and roughly 36 inches tall.  The image going on the wall is a high resolution image suitable for large format printing.  The pizza printed for the wall was printed on 3M Controltac and laminated to protect the inks. We have a couple other digital prints we are working on for the pizza restaurant.  Two full color banners will be placed outside the store.istock_000001929314largepizza

The first banner printed in a 40 inch wide and 60 inch tall banner that will be placed on a brick column outside the main entrance.  The banner is printed on 13 oz banner to withstand the elements outdoors.  The second banner will be 36 inches tall and 96 inches wide.  It will feature store information including the telephone number. If you are interested in seeing the banners in person be sure to visit the Pizza To Go location in Dothan, Alabama.

pizza_banner_3The use of full color digitally printed banners can provide a more professional look for your business while keeping the warm small business feel.  When compared to vinyl cut lettering I feel digital prints win.  Today while driving around town I was looking at local banners advertising this service or that event.  A common problem with most of them was the banners had far too many words.  Who driving by the banner has time to read a book.  The banners should pick 1-3 key things to convey and no more.  When using images along with text you create an appealing banner that draws the eye to it.  Banners, billboards, and print ads with too many words will turn off the majority of people.  The first banner printed for the Pizza To Go place has no wording.  it is just an image.  The building already has the logo all over it.  I thought the banner would speak more on it’s own.  After all what do you think when you see a pizza picture?  You think pizza.  With the company name one signs all around the image there is no need to repeat it.

Banner for my wife

I printed a banner for my wife at 2 am Sunday morning and hung it on the garage door for all to see. It is difficult to hang a banner to suprise at 2:30 am without making the dog bark and waking the kids, but i did it. The picture on the banner was not the greatest, but it got the point across. It was funny when her friend from down the street sent a text about the banner the following morning. My wife had no idea about the banner.
