Nacs Fab Contour Cut Stickers

nacs_fab_stickersNacs Fab needed a short run of contour cut stickers to place on custom vehicles.  The sticker design started with a high resolution image Nacs Fab sent to 509 Media.  After making a couple small changes to the image we created a cut path around the image so we could contour cut them.  The stickers are printed on high performance 3M CV3 vinyl and laminated to protect the ink.  3M CV3 is the same vinyl we use to print vehicle wraps and will not leave glue behind when removed from painted surfaces.  On high volume sticker runs we do not recommend using this material because of the cost.

Vinyl Cut TufStands.com Stickers

tufstands_stickerHere at 509 Media we get a large number of people calling in need of low cost stickers to advertise their products and services.  Vinyl cut graphics can help keep the cost down and be effective getting your message out.  Vinyl cut lettering is different than the full color contour cut stickers we offer.  Vinyl cut letting starts out as a solid sheet of colored vinyl.  In this case the vinyl is white and the end result is a white sticker.  After laying out the design the computer and our plotter cuts the lettering out.  We then “weed” out the areas we do not want to be in the sticker and apply application tape over the top.  Application tape is sometimes called masking.  The application tape allows you to pull the sticker from the backing and apply it to the desired surface.  Once installed you simply remove the application tape leaving the vinyl lettering behind.

The TufStands.com stickers were cut on Oracal 651 white vinyl.  The stickers measure 1.25 inches tall and about 12 inches long.  The stickers will be applied to Tuf Stands personal water craft stands before shipping to their customer.  One benefit of using a vinyl cut sticker like this is they stand out well in pictures.  So when someone takes a picture of your product and posts it on the internet your brand can easily be seen.

Jon Jam Stickers

jon_jam_1Jon Jam is a fundraiser event in Dothan, Alabama held annually at Landmark Park to raise money for the handicaped. Jon Jam contacted 509 Media about printing contour cut stickers to giveaway at their upcoming event. The stickers are roughly 2×6 inches and printed on economically priced vinyl.  The Jon Jam stickers will be used as a giveaway item and  did not receive an over laminate to keep cost down.

R.I.P. Sticker to remember Bubba

rip-sticker-bubbaSome will know this sticker was printed in 2008. I printed the stickers after moving to Birmingham,  It as a horrible loss for Brooke and Chad with no warning as a loved one was taken from them.  I donated stickers to Chad and Brooke.  When I dropped them off to be hand delivered I had to meet them att the tattoo shop.  Chad and Brooke were both getting new tattoos to help Bubba live  on through them.

Large Sticker for Shop Door

Vinyl Cut Stickers for JMR Manufacturing

jmr_stickerThe JMR Manufacturing vinyl stickers pictured in this post are cut from a sheet of colored vinyl.  The excess is “weeded” out leaving the desired sticker.  The stickers are installed using transfer tape.  The transfer tape is applied by 509 Media before shipping the vinyl cut stickers.

Tuf Stands Full Color Stickers

Custom Stickers for Military Jeepers

Competition Barbecue Team Stickers

dsc_9789Like many people I like to eat good barbecue.  We got a call the other day from a guy needing stickers printed for his competition barbecue team.  The stickers would be used to place on their barbecue sauce bottles.  Good barbecue sauce can make or break a competition barbecue team.  Not only does the barbecue need to be spot on the appearance of the competition barbecue team to be spot on.  509 Media printed full color stickers to place on their barbecue sauce bottles.  You may notice there is a space for the competition barbecue team to write down what barbecue sauce is in the bottle.
