Madhouse Fabrication has been a fun project to work on. The project first started with creating a logo design to brand the company. The logo needed to be something which could be laser cut into steel plate to showcase the brand on metal fabrication projects.. The M shape from the logo will serve this purpose. The Madhouse Fabrication stickers were printed, laminated, and contour cut to shape. The end result is a thick long lasting sticker to help branding Madhouse Fabrication. The sticker design added to the core logo design we recently completed for Madhouse Fab.

We have since provided them with Business Cards, stickers, and a logo design to represent their company. 4×4 Bolts is a fastener company supplying bolts and other supplies to the off-road community. The 4×4 Bolts stickers were printed and laminated before being contour cut to shape. The stickers pictured are roughly 6 inches wide.
Creamer Contracting needed to apply graphics to their new truck. The stickers applied to the doors of the truck were a combination of full color contour cut stickers and vinyl cut stickers. The GVW and DOT stickers were cut from solid black vinyl. The yellow and black Creamer Contracting stickers were printed on 3M Controltac CV3 and laminated before contour cutting in the plotter.
Fleet graphics are something some companies may overlook or not place enough attention to. I have printed stickers and designed for people wanting items to remember a loved one many times. I can honestly say it really makes you think about the work you are doing when working on a project like this. This is not just a sticker. This sticker represents a human life. BC4x4 is a Canadian based off-road website. The stickers printed for them needed to be able to take abuse on the off-road trails they encounter in Canada. The stickers were printed on a cost effective vinyl and laminated with a thick clear over laminate to help protect the stickers for long use on the trail. The stickers were contour cut with rounded corners to prevent peeling. If sharp corners were left the sticker can more easily be lifted.

Nacs Fab needed a short run of contour cut stickers to place on custom vehicles. The sticker design started with a high resolution image Nacs Fab sent to 509 Media. After making a couple small changes to the image we created a cut path around the image so we could contour cut them. The stickers are printed on high performance 3M CV3 vinyl and laminated to protect the ink. 3M CV3 is the same vinyl we use to print vehicle wraps and will not leave glue behind when removed from painted surfaces. On high volume sticker runs we do not recommend using this material because of the cost.
Here at 509 Media we get a large number of people calling in need of low cost stickers to advertise their products and services. Vinyl cut graphics can help keep the cost down and be effective getting your message out. Vinyl cut lettering is different than the full color contour cut stickers we offer. Vinyl cut letting starts out as a solid sheet of colored vinyl. In this case the vinyl is white and the end result is a white sticker. After laying out the design the computer and our plotter cuts the lettering out. We then “weed” out the areas we do not want to be in the sticker and apply application tape over the top. Application tape is sometimes called masking. The application tape allows you to pull the sticker from the backing and apply it to the desired surface. Once installed you simply remove the application tape leaving the vinyl lettering behind.
The TufStands.com stickers were cut on Oracal 651 white vinyl. The stickers measure 1.25 inches tall and about 12 inches long. The stickers will be applied to Tuf Stands personal water craft stands before shipping to their customer. One benefit of using a vinyl cut sticker like this is they stand out well in pictures. So when someone takes a picture of your product and posts it on the internet your brand can easily be seen.

Jon Jam is a fundraiser event in Dothan, Alabama held annually at Landmark Park to raise money for the handicaped. Jon Jam contacted 509 Media about printing contour cut stickers to giveaway at their upcoming event. The stickers are roughly 2×6 inches and printed on economically priced vinyl. The Jon Jam stickers will be used as a giveaway item and did not receive an over laminate to keep cost down.
