Method Motorsports has been a fun graphic design project to work on. 509 Media first created a logo design / branding mark for Method Motorsports. The stickers are printed on 3M CV3 Controltac and laminated before contour cutting. The stickers measure roughly 6 inches wide. Stickers are a great way to advertise your business.
Madhouse Fabrication has been a fun project to work on. The project first started with creating a logo design to brand the company. The logo needed to be something which could be laser cut into steel plate to showcase the brand on metal fabrication projects.. The M shape from the logo will serve this purpose. Creamer Contracting needed to apply graphics to their new truck. The stickers applied to the doors of the truck were a combination of full color contour cut stickers and vinyl cut stickers. The GVW and DOT stickers were cut from solid black vinyl. The yellow and black Creamer Contracting stickers were printed on 3M Controltac CV3 and laminated before contour cutting in the plotter.

Check out the stickers 509 Media recently completed for Off-Road Alliance. The off-road club provided some input to the design and our design crew went to work. The stickers were printed and laminated before contour cutting. The sticker design concept was carried over into two different stickers.

The cut path was created on the computer are a vector cut path. Contour cutting stickers allows the sticker to be cut to the shape of the graphic.
BC4x4 is a Canadian based off-road website. The stickers printed for them needed to be able to take abuse on the off-road trails they encounter in Canada. The stickers were printed on a cost effective vinyl and laminated with a thick clear over laminate to help protect the stickers for long use on the trail. The stickers were contour cut with rounded corners to prevent peeling. If sharp corners were left the sticker can more easily be lifted.

Nacs Fab needed a short run of contour cut stickers to place on custom vehicles. The sticker design started with a high resolution image Nacs Fab sent to 509 Media. After making a couple small changes to the image we created a cut path around the image so we could contour cut them. The stickers are printed on high performance 3M CV3 vinyl and laminated to protect the ink. 3M CV3 is the same vinyl we use to print vehicle wraps and will not leave glue behind when removed from painted surfaces. On high volume sticker runs we do not recommend using this material because of the cost.
Jon Jam is a fundraiser event in Dothan, Alabama held annually at Landmark Park to raise money for the handicaped. Jon Jam contacted 509 Media about printing contour cut stickers to giveaway at their upcoming event. The stickers are roughly 2×6 inches and printed on economically priced vinyl. The Jon Jam stickers will be used as a giveaway item and did not receive an over laminate to keep cost down.
