Sibley Lawn Care Business Cards

Thursday, June 17th, 2010

sibley_lawncare_businesscards

Lawn care companies are like any other business looking to build consumer confidence through branding, and quality service.  Branding a lawn care company can be done in many ways.  A very important task is keep your appearance consistent to establish a sense of brand for your company.  In other words you want people to recognize your lawn care company without the need to read a book on your business card, truck graphics, or yard sign.  A company logo can help you create a sense of brand by showing it on everything you do.

Sibley Lawn Care is Dothan, Alabama came to 509 Media in need of a lawn care company logo, business cards, graphics for their new Isuzu Box truck, and more.  We started with the company logo first.  The lawn care company business card design you see here is straight to the point.  It showcases the lawn care company logo and makes the name stand out to the person viewing the business card.  The same logo will be used on full color yard signs and vinyl graphics for the Isuzu Box Truck.

For updates on this and other projects be sure to check back to 509 Media soon.

Logo Design for Xtreme Health and Fitness

Thursday, May 20th, 2010

Logo design is more than creating something pretty to represent your company.  A logo is an important tool used to represent your brand.  A logo with proper marketing will become the mark of your brand representing your companies image.  A company logo can provide a few things for your company.  One of the most important features a logo has to offer is consumer confidence.  Consumers who are confident to business with your company are going to be more willing to spend money with your company.  A company logo often times is the first thing potential customers see and remember of your company.  How do you want your company to be represented.  A decision about you and your company can be made in the first few seconds.  If you have a well put together image you may find potential customers more receptive to your product or services.

Xtreme Health and Fitness is a gym going through ownership change and a name change.  The new owner of the gym wanted to have a more polished appearance while at the same time letting the public know the gym is going through a major overhaul.  It all starts with the company logo.  The new gym logo will be used on signage, business cards, t-shirts, stickers, and other branding opportunities.  The Xtreme Health and Fitness logo design is simple, to the point, and easy to read.  The “X” and weights are a featured part of the logo and can be used as a stand alone branding icon.  The “X” is meant to draw the eye to it first.

Pictured below you can see how the logo design will look placed on custom screen printed t-shirts.  The logo will be placed on the front of the shirts and the “X” and weights will be placed small between the shoulders.

Custom Welding Caps Logo for Dadscaps.com

Wednesday, April 21st, 2010

dadscaps_mockup

Donna at Dads Caps contacted me through a forum I post on.  She makes custom welding caps for both professional and recreational welders.  If you are a welder you should check out her WEBSITE. You will find custom welding caps with many different designs.

Dadscaps.com was in need of a sticker for their vehicle.  Since Dadscaps.com did not have a logo to use we put together something to fit their budget and fit the application.  The logo will be printed on vinyl to create a full color decal for their truck.  If they decide to use the design on their website and even embroider the design into their caps they can.

The icon in the logo is a line representation of a welding cap.  If you do not know what a welding cap is you might not get it.  So be sure to check out the caps on their website for reference.

Rusty Nuts Fabrication Logo Design

Saturday, April 3rd, 2010

dsc_9347David from Rusty Nuts Fabrication has been around the offroad community for many years.  I first met David through Pirate4x4 about 4 years ago.  We went on a rock crawling trip with other friends at the now famous Hammer Trails in Johnson Valley, California.  Rusty Nuts Fabrication manufactures some really nice fiberglass hoods for Jeeps and custom buggies.  If you are in the market for a custom hood you should check out Rusty Nuts Fabrication.

The Rusty Nuts Fab logo design needed to be colorful and stand out in the crowd.  509 Media answered the call and went to work on the project.  The logo was created in Adobe Illustrator originally and the effects we added in Photoshop.  The rusty textures and extruded surfaces give the logo life.  The new Rusty Nuts Fabrication logo design should look really cool on an offroad buggy getting across the dry lake bed in Johnson Valley.  We are also printing stickers for this project.  More info on the the Rusty Nuts Fab Stickers coming soon.

Creative Offroad Designs Logo Design

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

cod_tribal Creative Offroad Designs is a small offroad shop located in Park Hills, Missouri.  The owner, Scott Cason, contacted 509 Media a few weeks ago looking for a logo design to represent his offroad shop.  Scott wanted the logo design to universally fit a lot of different applications.  The first picture with the blue triangle crest and tribal design is more of a decoration for the actual logo or icon.  The logo is the center piece of the layout.  The letters COD with the C reversed make up the logo / icon.  Inside the C we have the shape of a nut (polygon) to give the overall effect of a wrench.  Scott wanted a design that was technical looking but still wanted the logo to have character.

509 Media is manufacturing stainless steel key chains with the COD icon.  The key chains will feature the COD logo, and should be a huge hit for the extra special “COD” customer.  I guess Scott needs to start telling people “Cash On Delivery”.  I can see it now, the COD icon with “Cash On Delivery” tattooed across his palm like Jesse James’ world famous “Pay Up Sucka” palm tattoo.
